    So, I've gotten amiga express 4.9 to work multinode and telnet in uae, both
    on my mac os x and my linux bbs box. :) Good times!

    As far as I can tell, the only things that aren't working are uploads, since
    my HD has too much free space and wb3.9 gets confused.

    Now, I can't seem to figure out how to get doorgames installed. I have begun with hack and slash. I have the server running, no issues. The client, however, just quits when I type my menu command. Here is what's in the command:

    ACCESS=20
    LOCATION=Doors:hack/HSclient
    (LOCATION=hack)
    (RESIDENT)
    MULTINODE=YES
    TYPE=MCI
    STACK=4096

    What am I doing wrong?

    The upload issue is with Amiexpress, not wb3.9..

    You need to put your upload dir on a patition that is less then 2gb in size.
