Right on man, I use that as my daily driver. It handles the special fonts nicely too, my BBS uses the Microknight+ fonts to make it feel like the Amiga days =)

Wouldn't be without my syncTERM now.

Has anyone been able to get netrunner to work under Linux? I use that for my main Windows PC and love it and want to see if it is possible to also get it
to run under my Xubuntu clients as well.

I just happened to buy a an HP netbook (last night) and loaded Xubuntu as dual boot in case i need to fallback to windows 10 for any reason but would love
to stick with NetRunner if anyone has any advice on how to get it running.

I tried to unrar the 64 bit linux rar via unrar-free and for some reason the contents all get extracted as folders instead of files.

Got it working! Turns out the issue was trying to use "unrar-free" which does not like the format of RAR netrunner is compressed with.

Switched to the standard "unrar" package and was able to extract and run fine -- in fact posting now via netrunner on Xubuntu!

It's actually kind of great running it full screen on a small netbook. Full
    BBS focused experience.

I've got it running here under Ubuntu 19.04. It's been awhile since I
installed it, but let me play around with it and let you know.

I also have NetRunner installed in Linux just fine. Get the latest version of it here; http://www.mysticbbs.com/downloads/prealpha/ - still in a rar file, but it might have been some flag you used instead of another to extract.

I prefer SyncTERM over NetRunner as the font compatibility in NetRunner is still a little broken, there are missing fonts in it which bugs me.

    Good luck with it =)

I downloaded it for linux (kubuntu) but it is source and i haven't compiled from source for so long i have no idea how to do it an it didn't include a readme or a list of dependencies other than
the h files it came with.

    how did you do it?
